Outpatient Counseling Services
individual, group, marital and family therapy
services are provided by our clinical staff. These traditional psychotherapy
services are available to both children and adults. Our clinical staff are
experienced mental health providers contracted with most health insurance
companies/managed care programs and committed to providing you with the
highest quality of care. This care is provided in a casual yet professional

Psychological Assessment Services
a wide array of psychological evaluation
services are provided by our practice and include evaluation of both children and
adults. Child evaluation services focus on the assessment of potential problems
such as learning disorders, attention-deficit disorder, and emotional-behavioral
problems. Adult psychological evaluation services include social security
disability evaluations, vocational rehabilitation evaluations, neuropsychological
assessment, fitness for duty, and independent medical (psychological) exams.
Student Assistance Program/Employee Assistance Program services
Florissant
Psychological Services has provided student assistance program services to the
Hazelwood School District since 1987. Through this program any student/family
residing within the Hazelwood School District can receive four outpatient
counseling sessions per family per year at no cost to the family. Participation is
voluntary and services reimbursed through the Safe and Drug Free Schools and
Communities Program. All employees of the Hazelwood School District are also
eligible for two visits at no cost to the employee through the Hazelwood

Specialized services to Law Enforcement/Public Safety organizations
Since
1995 Florissant Psychological Services, Inc. has provided specialized
psychological services to law enforcement agencies/public safety organizations.
These services include pre-employment psychological evaluations, promotional
evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, critical incident debriefings, and agency
consultation. Recipients of these services include over thirty different
organizations representing federal, state, and local agencies. |
